Wind Lilies

These sculptural “Wind Lilies” are constructed out of a full range of man made materials; plastic bottles, aluminum cans, industrial hoses, stainless steel wire, wood and foam.  The use of common urban objects and recycled materials to build a flower that will move with our water and in our wind is a metaphor for Nature and Hope and an awareness of our Environment.  Waterplace Park, Providence, RI.

Materials:Plastic soda bottles, industrial hose, wood, stainless steel wire, mylar, paint.

Dimensions: Twelve individual sculptures varying in size from 38” diameter to 60” diameter
