This sculpture was commissioned by the advertising agency to honor one of their clients, Dexter Shoe. I went up to Dexter, Maine and toured the factory where the shoes are made. After two days of dumpster diving I returned with a car load of shoe making materials that I then used to build this sculpture. more…
